Obama ducks criticism of his support of Muslim Brotherhood Morsi with lies

A lie is a lie in any language.  A lie is a lie in any country.

And on today’s political front there is no bigger liar than President Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama, who reiterated only yesterday that the U.S. is not aligned with and is not supporting any particular political party or group while condemning the ongoing violence across Egypt, is lying and his condemnation of the violence merely the far away mewlings of a paper tiger.

Obama gave Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi $250-million only last March 5th.  Obama also gave Morsi 200 Abrams tanks and 12 F-16s delivered in 2013 with the promise of another eight by the end of this year.

That’s hardcore support of the Muslim Brotherhood of which Morsi is a member in good standing.

Obama made his “not supporting any particular Egyptian political party or group” remarks in a telephone conference with the National Security Council, according to a statement issued by the White House (Associated Press, July 7, 2013) from Camp David, the Maryland presidential retreat where he is spending the weekend.

“The United States categorically rejects the false claims propagated by some in Egypt that we are working with specific political parties or movements to dictate how Egypt’s transition should proceed,” the White House statement said. “We remain committed to the Egyptian people and their aspirations for democracy, economy opportunity and dignity.  But the future path of Egypt can only be determined by the Egyptian people.”

“False claims propagated by some in Egypt? Wouldn’t that be those who oppose the rule of Obama friend Mohamed Morsi?

In claiming that “the future path of Egypt can only be determined by the Egyptian people”, Obama is only stating the obvious to the 14 million people who took to the streets to rid their country of rule by the Muslim Brotherhood.

According to the Associated Press,  Obama’s Secretary of State John Kerry “has been in touch hourly with Anne W. Patterson, the U.S. ambassador to Egypt and has spoken in the last two days to officials in the region, according to another statement from the State Department.

Pictures have surfaced on the Internet depicting Kerry yachting during the Cairo protests.

Moreover, as Egyptians prepare for massive protests against the U.S. government-backed Muslim Brotherhood regime of Mohamed Morsi, the Obama administration is set to deploy hundreds of American troops to Egypt.

“While more than a few analysts have argued that U.S. forces will be used to continue propping up “Islamofascists” in the Middle East, authorities from both governments claim the soldiers are merely being sent as part of a nine-month international “peacekeeping” scheme.  (New American June 27, 2013)

Writing in FrontPage magazine, analyst Arnold Ahlert blasted the deployment of U.S. troops to Egypt as “yet another remarkable display of Obama’s determination to secure the Middle East for Islamofascists”.  Ahlert also slammed the “spectacular absurdity” of using American forces to augment Egyptian police and defend Morsi’s “thuggish” Islamist Muslim Brotherhood regime from popular protests calling for its ouster.

An editorial in Investor’s Business Daily, entitled “Now Obama Using Troops To Prop Up Cairo’s Islamofascists”, came to similar conclusions, saying the president was sending U.S. forces to “protect a regime that supports terrorists.”  Citing news reports, the editorial said Obama’s effort was meant to help the “Islamofascist regime there repel its own citizens protesting increasing human-rights violations.”

As long as Obama supports Morsi’s Islamist rule with money and weapons, increasing attacks on the Coptic Christian minority, media censorship, packing government organs with Islamic extremists, cracking down on protesters, issuing lawless “decrees” that critics call dictatorial, ramming through an Islamist constitution, prosecuting foreign government-funded “democracy” groups, and more will continue.

To say otherwise is just another big Obama lie.
